Choconut Freezer Pie Recipe

Ingredients

4 tbsp natural, smooth peanut butter

1 tbsp golden syrup

1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

1 (4-serving) package fat- and sugar-free chocolate pudding

1 cup skim milk

1/2 cup water

Directions

Combine peanut butter and syrup, heat in microwave until runny and blended together.

Fold in Rice Krispies.

Press into a 9" pie plate, freeze until set.

Combine pudding mix, milk and water, and pour onto the crust, spreading evenly.

Freeze until firm.

Slice with a hot, dry knife.

Ok JoJo I love you for this one! I made an ice cream pie for hubby and the kids using a Rice Krispie, pb and corn syrup crust, 2 layers of ice cream with fudge sauce in between and drizzled on top. I LOVE to torture myself! I've been drooling over it but now, with this recipe, I can have something similar!
