Thanks for posting this recipe. looks easy and sounds delicious.. will be using splenda as my grandson is a diabectic.. only 9 years old so will be happy with having something sweetened with splenda as he cannot have sugar.. thanks again..

One bowel to one bowl- just the nurse in me and I am tired very early am, as I was typing I got called into work( hospital ) and when I got onto computer after work, saw all this new email in the recipe group. Well just squeeze the juice from a small lemon, perhaps 2 to 3 tsp , that's it

I like the recipe, but when i cooked it. toothpick came out dry so thought it was done.
after letting it sit for 10 min, i turned it out and it ended up with a sink hole in the middle. for some reason it did not cook there. could anyone give me any ideas

Did you bake in the center oven rack, does your oven heat evenly,? use the proper size pan-sink holes usually occur if batter is not evenly mixed, oven temp not proper distributed or bananas remain in chunks in some spots in the batter or the pan is filled too full and bakes improperly
Hope this helps as I make this often without such problems! I feel bad your recipe did not come out well for you!
