Kicking Cheeseburgers Recipe

	main sandwich burger beef cheese

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground round

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

1 egg

5 ounces hot jalapeno pepper sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

6 slices pepper jack cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese.

Form into 6 patties and grill to desired doneness.

Top with cheese and cook 1 minute longer to allow cheese to melt.

Place on buns and top with your favorite condiments.
