North African Hamburgers

NORTH AFRICAN HAMBURGERS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Aldridge Estate in Garland, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground sirloin shopping list
- 1 medium chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and form into patties on grill on moderately hot grill.
- Serve on pita bread or hamburger bun with your favorite condiments.
