How to make it

  • Soften gelatin in water.
  • Mix cream with sugar and heat slowly, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin.
  • With an electric beater, whip cream and sugar.
  • Add sour cream and whip until smooth.
  • Stir in liqueur.
  • Pour into mold.
  • Unmold after it sets and surround with fresh fruit.
