English Cream

- 1/2 pkg gelatin (1 1/2 tsp) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp water shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier shopping list
- 3 cups fresh peaches or strawberries shopping list
How to make it
- Soften gelatin in water.
- Mix cream with sugar and heat slowly, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin.
- With an electric beater, whip cream and sugar.
- Add sour cream and whip until smooth.
- Stir in liqueur.
- Pour into mold.
- Unmold after it sets and surround with fresh fruit.
