Ingredients
  • 1/2 pkg gelatin (1 1/2 tsp)
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 3 cups fresh Peaches or Strawberries

Directions
  1. Soften gelatin in water.
  2. Mix cream with sugar and heat slowly, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin.
  3. With an electric beater, whip cream and sugar.
  4. Add sour cream and whip until smooth.
  5. Stir in liqueur.
  6. Pour into mold.
  7. Unmold after it sets and surround with fresh fruit.
