Cornbread Casserole

This is a great recipe to "change things up" using cornbread. Topped with cheddar cheese and loaded with corn - this is a 5 STAR keeper!!
Ingredients
- 1 can corn; drained shopping list
- 1 can cream style corn shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter; melted shopping list
- 2 eggs; beaten shopping list
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix shopping list
- 1 8 ounce container sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients except for sour cream and cheese.
- Mix in sour cream last.
- Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
- Top with cheddar cheese and bake until melted.
