This is a great recipe to "change things up" using cornbread. Topped with cheddar cheese and loaded with corn - this is a 5 STAR keeper!!

Ingredients
  • 1 can corn; drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/4 cup butter; melted
  • 2 eggs; beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 8 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for sour cream and cheese.
  3. Mix in sour cream last.
  4. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until melted.
