Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chinese Black Bean Sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbs. Hoisen Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Dry Sherry
  • 1 Tbs. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. five spice powder
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • skewers

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and marinade overnight.
  2. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill on medium heat til juices run clear; about 20-30 minutes.

I have a question though aFTER printing out recipe. Is that black bean sauce?


Yes that is Black Bean Sauce. I will change it and Thanks!!! Oh and BTW - this smells aweful but it turns out delish when it's done, LOL

Also I don't use Sesame Oil - I don't like it. I use Veggie Oil.
