This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 2006.

I been eating peppers in my eggs a lot because we are getting so many from the garden. This sounds delicious and I'm trying it in the morning.

I have to tell you that I made this recipe this morning from breakfast. I LOVE IT! I garnished it with my own Habanero Relish.
