Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 red potatoes, cut in large chunks
  • 1 large onion, cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 boneless pork roast, 2 pounds or more
  • 1 pound red cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 tps. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. 1- Place ingredients in the Crockpot in order, cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 6 hours.
