How to make it

  • Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces then fry bacon until crisp then crumble.
  • Mix cauliflower, onion and bacon together.
  • Combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise then pour evenly over cauliflower mixture.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture but do not stir then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Mix gently and thoroughly just before serving.
