Seared Sea Scallops With Raita In Radicchio Cups

- 16 giant sea scallops patted dry shopping list
- 4 radicchio leaves shopping list
- 4 TBS Bengali flavored oil shopping list
- for the raita shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 TBS honey shopping list
- 1 TBS chopped fresh mint shopping list
- 1 TBS chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 TBS diced shallot shopping list
- 1-2 chopped serranos with seeds if you like it hotter. shopping list
- Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and allow to sit for 4 hrs. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a frying pan right until it starts to smoke. Add the scallops and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Put four scallops in each radicchio leave and dab 1/2 tsp of raita on each scallop.
