How to make it

  • Place turkey thighs presentation side down on the grill, on medium high flame
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook for 15 minutes, then give the meat a one-quarter turn to achieve nice grill marks
  • Cook another 15 minutes, then turn over
  • Place fresh sage leaves under the non-presentation side, and cook an additional 15 minutes, or until done to your preference.
  • The veggie medley can be started during the second 15 minute interval of cooking the thighs---
  • On tinfoil, pour about 3 tbsp canola oil
  • Add the asparagus spears and leeks
  • Cook 5 minutes before adding remaining ingredients
  • Add the mushrooms, peppers, and carrot slivers.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve on a bed of fresh spinach leaves.
  • Plate, and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley and several colorful nasturtium flowers. These flowers are edible :+D
