Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. powdered chicken or beef boullion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground chopotle powder- optional

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients well and rud pork well, place in fridge over night and cook the way you want.
  2. this is enough rub for 8-10 #'s of pork
