- 2 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp. powdered chicken or beef boullion shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground chopotle powder- optional shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients well and rud pork well, place in fridge over night and cook the way you want.
- this is enough rub for 8-10 #'s of pork
