Zuppa Or Italian Wedding Soup

- 2 chicken breasts with skin on, simmered in a pot of water. Take out breasts, skim off fat from water, cut up chicken and add to the water. shopping list
- meatballs:1/2 lb. chuck shopping list
- ketchup shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- onion salt shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- OTHER INGREDIENTS: 2 Tbsp Soup Greens - found in the spice section shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion salt shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 bouillion cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup pasta - wedding ring shape or alphabets shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Make tiny meatballs. Put on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- To make soup: add meatballs to the broth and chicken.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to boil, reduce temp. to simmer and cook for about 35 minutes.
- Serve in bowls with parmesan cheese as a topping.
