Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter
  • 1 (3 to 4-pound) package cut-up broiler-fryer chicken, skinned
  • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fresh fettuccine, cut in half
  • Note:
  • (I really do prefer Land O lakes Butter for cooking..just use what you like this is just what I use)

Directions
  1. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken pieces. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until browned (10 to 12 minutes).
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except fettuccine. Cover; continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink (30 to 40 minutes).
  3. Just before serving, stir in fettuccine. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until fettuccine is tender (6 to 9 minutes).

This sounds very good and easy.

Sounds good and ez...I would probably use some olive oil rather then the butter, but that's just my heart talking LOL...I really do like butter...

Cheers
