How to make it

  • Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients for the dressing together.
  • Slice the duck breast in 1/8 in pieces and combine with the marinade and set in a glass dish and allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Add the pnut oil to a wok and stir fry the duck breast for 3 minutes. ( do this in batches).
  • Steam the carrots and sugar snap peas until snap tender.
  • Cook the noodles according to directions depending on what type of noodles you're using. Drain, rinse and set aside. Add all ingredients including cilantro, green onion into a bowl and toss.
