Granny Cake

Since we have the granny pie I thought we need the granny cake.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and soda together.
- Add pineapple and eggs to flour mixture and blend.
- Then pour into oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Topping for Cake:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Combine all ingredients together in pan and boil for approximately 12 minutes. Spread over cake while warm.
