Don't you love having to find ways to use our bountiful harvest --it makes the work of gardening worthwhile ,and you know the food is healthier ,fresher and more sustainable .This is the sort of meal we prepare in spring ,summer and fall --looking at what's ready in the garden, then finding ways to cook what we've picked .Three cheeers !! .
