Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl stir together pancake mix, milk, egg, cooking oil & cinnamon. (batter will have small lumps)
  • Stir in the blueberries, chocolate chips or bacon if desired. Pour into a greased 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch baking dish.
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until done. Cut into squares and serve with butter & syrup.

    This is very unique - I LOVE pancakes and will try this. Not sure about the chocolate chips but will definately do the berries and bacon. = )
