Halva Cookies

- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup tehina (or peanut butter) shopping list
- 1-1/2 cup rice flour (or flour of your choice) shopping list
- 7/8 cup quinoa (flakes for lower yield but really light cookies, regular for higher yield and light yet crunchy cookies) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350C/180F.
- Combine honey, brown sugar, butter, and tehina/p.b., mix until creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well
- Spoon teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
