How to make it

  • Lay out the wonton wrappers
  • add the shrimps, bean sprouts
  • add the shrimps
  • add the carrot slivers
  • salt and pepper before closing the wrapper
  • Form each wrapper into a triangular shaped pocket
  • Press closed with a moistened fork
  • Brush with egg wash
  • Deep fry until golden brown in canola oil.
  • HINT:
  • Don't add too much mixture in the wrappers, as this prevents a proper closing seal.
