How to make it

  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Take a raw chicken breast, and remove the skin
  • Cut this into bite-size pieces
  • Parboil these pieces in salted water; drain and cool
  • Dredge the pieces in the egg, then coat with mixture
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • ENJOY!
