Seasoned Potato Wedges with Dip

- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teasp. paprika shopping list
- 3 large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- ( optional ) red pepper to taste shopping list
- ........................................................ shopping list
- DIP shopping list
- 1 16-ounce carton dairy sour cream....( 2 cups) shopping list
- 8 slices crispy cooked bacon shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 TBSP. chopped fresh chives shopping list
How to make it
- in a 9-inch pie plate... stir together flour, cheese, and paprika.
- dip potatoes into the milk, then coat with flour mixture
- put on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
- drizzle potatoes with melted butter
- bake in 400' F oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and browned.... turn potatoes over after about 25 minutes...

- DIP
- while the potatoes are baking in a medium bowl ...stir together all dip ingredients

- serve hot potatoes with dip.
