This is actually like two recipes in one; fresh, delicious vegetable juice, plus muffins with the remaining pulp from the veggies.
For ease of reading, I will enter both recipes separately.

I guess I'd better dig out my juicer, cause this looks like a winner I have to try. Thanks Brianna

Hi Elaine this sounds great. I have lots of tomatoes and getting bored making sauces. I don't have a juicer but I do have a good food mill and blender. I wonder if I could whorl it up and strain it somehow? Nice recipe thanks Jim

Hi Elaine, Thanks for stopping by. Actually, My thoughts were to chop everything up. Blend the mixture, pass it through a fine mesh food mill then reblend it to make it smoothe. Not sure if it will work but I will let you know. Thanks Jim

This is awesome Chef! How did you know this is one of my favorite juices? I don't have a juicer though. Maybe my mom does along with all the other stuff she didn't need or use.
