Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream (or sub with fat-free yogurt)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fruit:
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • (optional-- blueberries)

Directions
  1. Streusel mix:
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  3. 1/2 cup flour
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/4 cup butter
  6. .
  7. Blend together.
  8. Set the above mixture aside....
  9. Batter:
  10. . Cream together:
  11. . 1/2 cup butter
  12. 1 cup sugar
  13. Beat in:
  14. 2 eggs
  15. 1 tsp vanilla
  16. 1 cup sour cream (or sub with fat-free yogurt)
  17. Stir in:
  18. 2 cups flour
  19. 1 tsp baking powder
  20. 1/2 tsp salt
  21. Fruit:
  22. 2 cups cranberries
  23. (optional-- blueberries)
  24. In a greased tube, bundt, or pan of your preference, spread 1/2 the batter.
  25. Sprinkle half the berries;
  26. Add half the streusel mix.
  27. .
  28. Repeat the same for the second layer....
  29. Bake @ 350*F approx 1 hour or until done.
  30. Serve warm or cold-- plain or with ice cream.
