Tomato Basil Soup

We got new books for our ladie's Bible Study and this fell out of two of the books, mine and our fearless leader's! It comes from "Come to our Table" Moody Broadcasing's Midday Conections Cook Book, from Nancy Lee DeMoss.
Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 med onions diced shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 3 14oz cans crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dried basil shopping list
- 2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp dried tyme shopping list
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon shopping list
- 4 cups heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft.
- Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, tyme and bouillon cubes.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Gradually stir in whipping cream and heat until piping hot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
