  • MARINADE
  • 1 tablespoon tequila, if desired
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • SALMON
  • 4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets, skin on

Directions
  1. 1. Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place salmon in shallow baking dish; generously brush with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours.
  2. 2. Heat grill. Grill salmon, covered, over medium heat or coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon just begins to flake, turning once.

"FIVE FORKS" Nice really NICE!!


I made this wonderful salmon dish last night. Only thing I changed was I added a wee bit more cayenne pepper! We like it spicy. I wish MM was here so I could tell her how great this really was. Rest in peace.
