- marinade shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tequila, if desired shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lime juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- salmon shopping list
- 4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets, skin on shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place salmon in shallow baking dish; generously brush with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours.
- 2. Heat grill. Grill salmon, covered, over medium heat or coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon just begins to flake, turning once.

I made this wonderful salmon dish last night. Only thing I changed was I added a wee bit more cayenne pepper! We like it spicy. I wish MM was here so I could tell her how great this really was. Rest in peace.
