Ingredients

16-ounces light cream cheese ( Neufchatel) softened

12-ounces pepperjack cheese, shredded

8-ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild green chilies, drained well..... or substitute a hotter variety.

1/2 teasp. chili powder

1 jar ( 2 ounces ) chopped pimientos, drained well

2 cups pecans, toasted, then chopped

Directions

on medium speed, beat all ingredients,... Except ...pecans until blended

on plastic wrap, roll mixture into six 6-inch long logs

wrap and refrigerate over night

unwrap, roll in pecans to coat

wrap in clean plastic wrap and refrigerate...

These sound great! I make one similar but put alot of garlic in it. I would probably try it with regular cream cheese instead because I love cream cheese. Thanks for the post! High 5
