Chunk Toblerone Shortbread

These cookies are great to make with the kiddies, they are so quick and easy to make and they just melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 2c soft, unsalted butter shopping list
- 1c superfine or fruit sugar shopping list
- 31/2c flour shopping list
- 1/2c cornstarch shopping list
- 2 (100g) bars TOBLERONE shopping list
- milk chocolate, chopped shopping list
- icing sugar for dusting shopping list
How to make it
- Oven 350F.
- Beat butter and sugar until very light and fluffy.
- Combine flour and cornstarch and gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until blended. Stir in chocolate.
- Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets about 1" apart.
- Bake 20-25mins. or until lightly browned.
- Cool 5mins. then dust with icing sugar. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
