Bavarian Chowder

- 1 lb. beef sausage (Hillshire, etc.), sliced 1/4" thick rounds shopping list
- 2 cups carrots, sliced thinly shopping list
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds shopping list
- 2 Tbl. butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 can milk shopping list
- 1 can water shopping list
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- In a stock pot, brown the sausage, carrots and caraway in butter.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook (stirring often), until cabbage is tender.
- That's it! Serve.
