Mango Black Bean Salsa

Colorful, Eye Catching, Delicious, Versatile, Sweet & Spicy Salsa..
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh cooked black beans strained and rinsed (do not over cook) shopping list
- 1 diced mango shopping list
- 1 diced red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 diced yellow bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 of one red onion diced shopping list
- 1-3 fine diced serrano peppers seeds too. (adjust heat to your liking.I use 2) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 lime juiced and zested shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce (such as Mae Ploy) shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium size bowl
- adjusting the heat to your liking
- adjust salt & pepper and chill before using
- keep refrigerated
- gr8t over grilled chicken,lamb, fish or crostini..
