How to make it

  • Dip each piece in log cabin syrup
  • coat each piece with flour
  • sprinkle with remaining flour (set aside for 15 min.s)
  • in a large skillet heat to hot, 1/2 inch shortening ( 1/2 oil 1/2 butter)
  • fry a few pieces at a time until all the chicken is tender and golden brown
  • Enjoy! :)
