Pie Crust For A Month Recipe
An easy mix for pie crust that you can leave in the fridge for up to a month. This recipe makes 7 single 9 inch pie crust.

Ingredients
  • 7 cups flour- white or wheat
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups shortening

Directions
  1. Combine flour and salt in large bowl.
  2. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles course crumbs.
  3. Place into airtight container, up to one month in fridge.
  4. For one pie crust use 1 3/4 of pastry mix and 4-5 Tablespoons water
  5. Sprinkle water over mix and stir with fork until ball forms.
  6. Shape into disk cover with plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
  7. Roll out and use as desired.
