Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipe
Not everyone drinks alcohol, so this cocktail will be ideal for them! Perfect for an appetizer, at a party, or the dinner table, with a meal!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • (use the tart, REAL juice, not the fruit-cocktail version!)
  • ¼ cup passion fruit (or any other tropical juice)
  • ¼ cup sparkling mineral water, or club soda
  • squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice to taste

Directions
  1. in a pitcher, place the ½ cup cranberry juice
  2. sweeten lightly with sugar
  3. Add:
  4. ¼ cup passion fruit (or any other tropical juice)
  5. ¼ cup sparkling mineral water, or club soda
  6. squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice to taste
  7. place a halved slice of lemon or lime on the rim of the glass
  8. insert a mint leaf into the slice
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Note:
  11. This recipe is easily doubled, tripled, etc…

Great idea, Elaine. I have a few friends who don't drink and they feel 'left out' when others are drinking. I'll definitely use this

Can't wait to try this!! I don't drink (but occasionally have a glass of white wine with dinner)..and some of the cocktails I see...I just leave out the alcohol...and have a "virgin"
