Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni

- 4 c rigatoni pasta, uncooked shopping list
- 1 lb italian sausage, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 c tomato paste shopping list
- 1/4 c sun-dried tomato dressing shopping list
- 1/4 c fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c grated parm cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile brown sausage in lrg nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover. Cook 15 mins or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing.
- Toss sausage mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with parsely and cheese.
