How to make it

  • In medium bowl combined tomatoes oil vinegar
  • marjoram thyme salt and if desired hot pepper sauce stir mix well
  • Stir in rice beans onion celery
  • Serve Salad at room tempature or cover and refrigerate before serving Will keep in frig. 2-3 days

    Wow, Momo, this looks fantastic! I just adore rice salads, but I sometimes find that the rice gets tough when I serve it cold. I wanted to share a suggestion... I have found a kind of brown rice that stays nice and tender, even when it's cold --It's BROWN JASMINE rice. It's not always easy to find, but definitely worth the effort if I plan to use it cold. The Mahatma brand of Brown Jasmine rice is now available in grocery stores in my area. I'm looking forward to trying your recipe with it! :)
