Grilled Marinated Lamb

this is my favorite lamb marinade . I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!
Ingredients
- Boneless butterflied lamb roast shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- 2 containers of plain yogurt ( depends on the size of roast) shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves smashed or chopped shopping list
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate lamb overnight in above marinade
- Bring lamb to room temp
- heat grill
- grill and baste lamb until medium rare or to taste. I recommend medium rare
- Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
