Best when you make your own white cake. An old tried-and-true family favorite that pleases from the toddler to gramma. Guaranteed not to last long in any household. Ingredients
- Cake: shopping list
- ---------- shopping list
- 1 package white cake mix shopping list
- 3 T all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 C cooking oil shopping list
- 3/4 C water shopping list
- 1 package (3-ounce) strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 1/2C sliced strawberries, frozen or fresh shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- Whole strawberries for garnish shopping list
- ------------ shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- ----------- shopping list
- 2 T butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 C Imperial sugar Confectioners powdered sugar or Dixie Crystals Confectioners powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 T crushed strawberries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in preheated oven at 350ยบ F for about 40 minutes, or in two 9-inch layer cake pans for 25 minutes or until done.

- Combine together all ingredients. Drizzle over warm cake. Decorate cake with choice fresh strawberries with shiny green leaves.
