Why more Blarney? Well I have been told that I am full of Blarney. The other reason could be that some how I posted it twice and figured since it was here I would make it a little different. I’m calling it Blarney Casserole. Why you might ask? ....... More

Ingredients
- 6 Cups shredded cabbage
- 1 Cup sliced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 3 medium potatoes cubed
- ¼ Cup butter or margarine
- I Can (12oz) corned beef crumbled
- 4oz beer (drink the rest)
- ½ tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4oz Cheddar cheese shredded
- Mashed potatoes to cover (about 6 servings of instant)
Directions
- Cook potatoes in butter until soft
- mix cheese and mashed potatoes cover the other ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add all other ingredients except cheese
- Stir and simmer until soft about 5 minutes
- Transfer to a casserole dish and cover with cheese
- Bake 45 – 50 minutes

This recipe just has to have a "5"FORK!!!!!...
Why...do you ask? One reason I can give, is that the ingredients are to my taste, 'unusual'...and creative! Plus...the 'Creator' of this culinary treat has a certain 'style' in the presentation!
