- 1 LB BONELESS skinless chicken BREASTS shopping list
- 1 1/2 CUPS panko bread CRUMBS shopping list
- 1/4 TSP paprika shopping list
- 1 TSP garlic powder shopping list
- 1 TSP italian seasoning shopping list
- salt AND pepper shopping list
- 1/2 CUP canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- CUT THE CHICKEN UP INTO 2 INCH NUGGETS AND SOAK IN A BOWL OF RANCH DRESSING.
- MEANWHILE, IN A SHALLOW BOWL COMBINE PANKO, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, iTALIAN SEASON, AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- SET A RACK ON A COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PAPER TOWELS
- HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MED HIGH HEAT
- LIFT THE NUGGETS OUT OF THE RANCH AND DIP AND ROLL THEM IN THE SEASONED PANKO
- GENTLY LAY THE NUGGETS IN OIL AND COOK UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN AND JUICES RUN CLEAR, ABOUT 5 MIN PER SIDE
- TRANSFER TO RACK TO DRAIN.
