How to make it

  • CUT THE CHICKEN UP INTO 2 INCH NUGGETS AND SOAK IN A BOWL OF RANCH DRESSING.
  • MEANWHILE, IN A SHALLOW BOWL COMBINE PANKO, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, iTALIAN SEASON, AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • SET A RACK ON A COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PAPER TOWELS
  • HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MED HIGH HEAT
  • LIFT THE NUGGETS OUT OF THE RANCH AND DIP AND ROLL THEM IN THE SEASONED PANKO
  • GENTLY LAY THE NUGGETS IN OIL AND COOK UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN AND JUICES RUN CLEAR, ABOUT 5 MIN PER SIDE
  • TRANSFER TO RACK TO DRAIN.
