Ingredients

1/2 lbs, potatoes red or yellow small ones

1 jar mexican table cream

my 5 cheese are:

1 cup of each:

parmasan

romano

asaigo

ricotta

cheddar

and salt and peper to taste

2 tablepsoon butter

Directions

thinly slice potatoes so thin you can read a newspaper underneith it

then mix mexican cream and ricotta cheese

also mix together the other 4 cheeses

butter your baking dish

and take 2 tbls melted butter and cover potatoes with it and s & p

now make layers of potatoes cream and ricotta and cheese

over and over like a lasagna

when dont make sure you have enough cheese to cover the top and bake at 400 for 45 min until potatoes are completely cooked and cheese lookes melted and brown on top,

i serve this with homemade bread and butter a real soul meal!
