use splenda instead of sugar for people that shouldn't have it.
pop a chocolate in the centre when it comes out of the oven for a lava cake
melt a teaspoon of coffee in some of the milk and add to make it mocha.:)

For friends as a novelty when it comes out of the micro I pop a chocolate in the centre and it melts and becomes a lava cake.
