Ingredients
  • 2 4 oz packages chevre (mild goat cheese)
  • 1/4 cup rehydrated, sliced sundried tomatoes.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped herbs: any combination of basil, rosemary, thyme, sage or oregano
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Spread cheese on a plate.
  2. Tomatoes, herbs, oil on top.
  3. Oh so yummy. Eat!
