This is my entry in whackfood's recipaiku contest. Easy and open to endless variations, add anything else you like to the basic recipe.

- Tortilla first, then
- Add cheese, spices, tortilla
- Fry 'til golden brown

Yes, not only pretty clear post Haiku'd but also a nic use of spices to jazz up a pretty standard dish. I bet that tastes great. Will need to try it (tortillas on the grocery list for fajitas tomorrow so will have a chance to get it tried). Thanks.

Awesome post! I like to add chicken seasoned with taco spices (the little packets you can buy at the store)and green peppers.
