Can you make this with frozen bananas? I have about 2 dozen in the freezer (don't ask, hubby came home with 40 lbs of bananas that were being thrown out) I froze them in zipper bags, but NO ONE wants to eat anymore banana bread, banana pancakes, banana smoothies, or even Krum's wonderful cupcakes.
