Seasoned Skin On Mashed Potatoes

- 8-10 large Idaho baking potatoes shopping list
- buttermilk shopping list
- 2 T.french onion flavored sour cream shopping list
- butter shopping list
- salt shopping list
- dash dill weed shopping list
How to make it
- Do not peel potatoes,but slice into medium sized chunks.
- Boil in salted water until tender (approx 30 minutes)
- Drain.
- Add a small amount of butter and dillweed.
- Add sour cream and beat until slightly lumpy.
- Add buttermilk to make creamy and beat until fluffy.
- YUM!!!
