Seasoned Skin On Mashed Potatoes Recipe
I am a potato FREAK! I love them all ways-but this is my favorite!

Ingredients
  • 8-10 large Idaho baking potatoes
  • buttermilk
  • 2 T.french onion flavored sour cream
  • butter
  • salt
  • dash dill weed

Directions
  1. Do not peel potatoes,but slice into medium sized chunks.
  2. Boil in salted water until tender (approx 30 minutes)
  3. Drain.
  4. Add a small amount of butter and dillweed.
  5. Add sour cream and beat until slightly lumpy.
  6. Add buttermilk to make creamy and beat until fluffy.
  7. YUM!!!
