How to make it

  • Melt margarine, cocoa, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Spread over cool cake.
  • Sprinkle top with chopped pecans.
