Holland Gin Syrup Recipe
Good for what ails you on top of your favorite Ice Cream or what ever you think it may go well with. I use this one to make icing with by adding powdered sugar to make creamier.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 inch stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Holland Gin

Directions
  1. Cook 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water with cinnamon.
  2. When the syrup is thick enough to reach bubble stage, remove from the fire and add, while stirring, 1/2 cup Holland Gin.
  3. Serve Hot or Cold
