Ingredients
  • 6 - cups air popped popcorn
  • 2/3 - cup golden or seedless raisins
  • 1/2 - cup chopped dates
  • 1/3- cup almonds, or whatever nuts you like
  • 1/3 - cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 - cup honey
  • 2 -tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 - teaspoon baking soda

Directions
  1. Line bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with a large sheet of aluminum foil.spray foil with a cooking spray
  2. stir together the popcorn, raisins, dates and almonds in foil pan
  3. combine brown sugar, honey, and butter in a small saucepan...
  4. bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low
  5. cook 5 more minutes......do not stir now......remove from heat..........
  6. stir in baking soda....pour mixture evenly over popcorn mixture stirring quickly to coat entire mixture evenly.....
  7. bake at 300 degrees F. for 12 - 15 minutes... or until mixture is lightly browned, stirring only once halway with the cooking time ...............
  8. cool popcorn break into clusters and store in tightly fitted container and enjoy yum yum

I'd have to leave out the rasins because of ny nutty kids, but it sounds great!!
