Ingredients

6 - cups air popped popcorn

2/3 - cup golden or seedless raisins

1/2 - cup chopped dates

1/3- cup almonds, or whatever nuts you like

1/3 - cup packed brown sugar

1/2 - cup honey

2 -tablespoons butter

1/4 - teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Line bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with a large sheet of aluminum foil.spray foil with a cooking spray

stir together the popcorn, raisins, dates and almonds in foil pan

combine brown sugar, honey, and butter in a small saucepan...

bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low

cook 5 more minutes......do not stir now......remove from heat..........

stir in baking soda....pour mixture evenly over popcorn mixture stirring quickly to coat entire mixture evenly.....

bake at 300 degrees F. for 12 - 15 minutes... or until mixture is lightly browned, stirring only once halway with the cooking time ...............

cool popcorn break into clusters and store in tightly fitted container and enjoy yum yum
