Honey Popcorn Clusters

Ok get ready for movie nite make this yummy popcorn ahead to have for your next movie at home ....or great anytime .........
Ingredients
- 6 - cups air popped popcorn shopping list
- 2/3 - cup golden or seedless raisins shopping list
- 1/2 - cup chopped dates shopping list
- 1/3- cup almonds, or whatever nuts you like shopping list
- 1/3 - cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 - cup honey shopping list
- 2 -tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 - teaspoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Line bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with a large sheet of aluminum foil.spray foil with a cooking spray
- stir together the popcorn, raisins, dates and almonds in foil pan
- combine brown sugar, honey, and butter in a small saucepan...
- bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low
- cook 5 more minutes......do not stir now......remove from heat..........
- stir in baking soda....pour mixture evenly over popcorn mixture stirring quickly to coat entire mixture evenly.....
- bake at 300 degrees F. for 12 - 15 minutes... or until mixture is lightly browned, stirring only once halway with the cooking time ...............
- cool popcorn break into clusters and store in tightly fitted container and enjoy yum yum
