Ingredients

8 links fine quality Italian sausage-cut in 1" pieces'

fresh green and yellow bell peppers, washed, sedded, sliced

small broccoli spears

sliced white mushrooms

carrots sliced in small slices

stir-fry sauce

olive oil

1 package of lomein noodles

Directions

Prepare your veggies

slice your sausage

once around the pan with evoo

add sausage on medium flame cook for 10 minutes

start your engines on the lomein water

Add your veggies and 3 Tbsp stir fry sauce and 1/4 cup of water to sausage

cook on medium while the noodles are cooking ; about 6 minutes

place drained noodle on warmed serving dish

cover noodles with sausage mixture

Serve immediately
